I'm trying to find ideas to market our homes. We are very good but a bit expensive for our region. We are located in Denton, TX (a kind of college town), not reacting to students, but our demagraphics are a little bit of everything. What are you looking for when you rent an apt? Only the price, or what they have to offer? What are some ideas to let our 3 bedroom, B / C that the problem that we follow. Is 1200 square meters and the market price is $ 1100, $ 1045 for most. It includes huge walk-in closets, built in full size washer and dryer connections, kitchen with refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, microwave in, garbage disposal ... What do you want to see the discount rates for deposits? and what the people? Please give me marketing ideas! THNX!

Are there social activities ... Use your local association for the promotion of social events in the plant? As the night of the cinema, or safety of the night?
Is there a gym or can I purchase a membership in the gym with my contract?
