I Feel As If I Am Too Heavy and need some advice? - bmi of females ib
I'm almost 5'10, women and 125Ibs. I am very aware that my BMI is 18.5 or something, but it seems so difficult for a woman 125Ibs.
And I'm not sure if my system is correct. I work out. Interval training 30 minutes on the stationary bike, a few hours on foot speed and a further 35-40 minutes of exercise during the night (squats, crunches, changes in the legs, buttocks).
I'm tired and frustrated ... Sometimes I have a day off, but I'm afraid if I quit for a day of exercise or less, I will gain weight.
I eat well. N undereat. But I'm trying to undereat know because my weight does not fall even further, winning even a lb on the night of God, what.
Not enough sleep can cause weight gain?
